Because I order this to have available for the plumber when I recently had my bathroom renovated I’m not in the window to request a refund. The set is very nice however this leak causes water to accumulate on the floor from the leak/spray out. This is causing me to search another set and to pay a plumber again for installation ☹️🥲

My contractor installed this and after the new thicker tile was in place realized that the adapters that shipped with the unit were too short by .5 inches to allow the tub spout and handheld to be connected. I was thinking we would have to tear up the brand new wall since the adapters are manufacturer specific. I emailed seller and they worked with me to ensure they could supply an adapter that would solve my problem. To the point of sending me pictures against a tape measure to be positive they were sending what I needed. Not only is this a great looking unit you can be comfortable that there is a responsive and helpful seller providing customer service.

Item is great however when you use the Fossett it does tend to trip down not exactly into a waterfall and leave water stains

I loved this company. They were the best customer service ever. I was missing one piece from the box. They immediately fast shipped it to me and told me how to put it on. They called to check on the installation. Very good company. Great product
